What happens if it rains for my photo shoot?
We keep our eye on the weather forecast and try to be proactive to avoid rain outs. Many times we can reschedule your photoshoot to a better day or move up the time of the shoot to avoid isolated storms on the radar. If we can’t find a better date or time that works for everyone, we can either fully refund your session fee or offer you full credit for a future shoot.
What is included in the session fee?
Our session fee includes the photographer’s time to photograph your family and to edit and create preview images that you can order from. The session fee does not include any photographic products, digital images or images on disk.
Do you offer digital images or images on disk?
You can purchase digital versions of your images individually, in collections or as add-ons to your printed product order. Whether you are looking to print your digital images or simply share them on social media, we have options to fit your needs. All of the digital images we offer are fully retouched and enhanced.
How do I order my images after my photo shoot?
When your preview images are ready, we will schedule an appointment for you to pick your favorites and place your order via web meeting. You’ll be able to see our screen and we will walk you through ordering just as though you are in our studio. If you have multiple families looking to place orders, we can meet with them separately or together. We will ship your order to you by FedEx.
